On Halloween 1981 Lord Voldemort came to Godric's Hollow to kill Harry Potter ending the threat to his rule. He had found out where they were by the betrayal of the Potter's friend Peter Pettigrew. Voldemort killed James Potter and then went on to kill his wife Lilly. When he attempted to kill there small son Harry, his curse rebounded, making Harry a horcrux and killing his body. It wasn't until 16 years later that he was finally defeated.
But what if Lord Voldemort never came to power? Imagine a world where the boy Tom Riddle died with his mother and never went to Hogwarts. Lily and James Potter were never in any danger, and Harry Potter grew up with a family that loved and cared for him. Sirius Black was never wrongfully imprisoned, and lives to call Harry his friend and godson. Peter Pettigrew never had an opportunity to betray his friends, and remains as cowardly as ever.
Everyone is ignorant to the fact that a dark lord almost came to power. Nobody knows what could have been, only what is. Welcome to Marauders Era, a time and place of peace, where all are happy and well. Things though aren't as they seem. Lately there have been rumors circulating about a potential threat to the wizarding world and the muggle world as well. Can all this peace be at risk?
